The Law Society - Chancery Lane

Following a substantial fire at the Law Society of England and Wales’s headquarters at 113 and 114 Chancery Lane in central London, resulted in a major refurbishment.

The MEP detailed design due to the Grade 2 listed building comprised of carefully considered MEP services and attention to detail to ensure the sensitive nature of this building remained, a pleasure to be involved with.

Jackson Square

The £5.5 million revamp of Jackson Square Shopping Centre in Bishop’s Stortford.

The extensive remodel of the shopping centre comprised of the reconfiguration of shop units, a large extension to provide more than 1,000 sq m of additional retail space, a new feature entranceway to Potter Street and alterations to improve the centre’s frontage.

Maple House

Occupying an Island site on the east of Tottenham Court Road, the newly refurbished Maple House will offer c. 47,000 sq ft across three floors with an extensive refurbishment throughout including a remodelled reception and an extensive new central garden square complete with outdoor terracing.

Vinetoca Birmingham

Vinoteca is an independent wine bar, restaurant and shop which first opened at Farringdon in London in 2005.

WDA were pleased to be appointed for the MEP design on their new flagship store in Birmingham

Burgess Park Carehome

The new home which will specialise in nursing care, residential care, dementia care and short-term respite care for up to ninety-nine people. It will provide an affordable luxury care offering in Southwark, whilst retaining a sense of community.

Broadmead House

This project comprises the demolition of the existing residential buildings at Broadmead House, 10-24 Auriol Road, London, and replace them with a new 5-storey building comprising 24 residential units (Class C3) and related development.

Country Court Care specialise in providing excellent care in their homes throughout the Country, Willowtree Design Associates were delighted to be appointed for the RIBA Stage2 - 4a and client side duties for a new 12 bedroom extension and refurbishment of Ruckland Court Carehome.

Tallington Carehome

Willowtree Design Associates were delighted to be appointed for the RIBA Stage2 - 4a and client side duties for a new 40 bedroom extension and refurbishment of Tallington Carehome.

Lyncroft Carehome

Country Court Care specialise in providing excellent care in their homes throughout the Country, Willowtree Design Associates were delighted to be appointed for the RIBA Stage 4a and client side duties for a new 21 bedroom extension and refurbishment of Lyncroft Care Home in Wisbech Cambridgeshire.

Planning has been submitted for a new 70 bedroom carehome and staff accommodation block in Raunds - Willowtree Design Associates are delighted to have been appointed to provide the RIBA Stage 0 - 7 MEP design duties on this project

Planning has been submitted for a new 70 bedroom carehome in Mere - Willowtree Design Associates are delighted to have been appointed to provide the RIBA Stage 0 - 7 MEP design duties on this project the services comprise small scale CHP PV and low energy lighting incorporating Country Courts Care commitment to renewable and low carbon buildings

Bailey Fields Student Accomodation Phases 1&2

A refurbishment of an iconic student building block in Sheffield for Troy. WTD were appointed to provide the RIBA Stage 4 design duties on this project.

Dalston Office Refurbishment

A refurbishment of an existing building in North London to provide new serviced office accomodation

Rothley Primary School

WTD were delighted to be appointed for the infrastructure works for this new modular school classroom block

Bedfont Lakes

Circa 50,000 sq ft of office space constructed in the 1990s is being completely refurbished to achieve BREEAM Excellent. WTD are proud to have been appointed to undertake the RIBA Stage 4 - 6 MEP design for this project, a new client and securing the business with work well into 2023

Neale Court Carehome Lincoln WDA were appointed to provide MEP design services on the new extension.

Oswald Daycare Centre

WDA were appointed to undertake a condition survey of this BREEAM Very Good naturally ventilated building to assess the post contract overheating issues the client was experiencing.

Using our experience in naturally ventilated buildings we provided design options for the client to mitigate their overheating issues.

Telfer House

Telfer House is a new six-storey building, replacing a life-expired 1960s low-rise residential block, and providing 38 spacious dual-aspect apartments for Islington residents.

The apartments are designed to meet the highest standards of accessibility and inclusion exceeding London Plan internal space and external amenity space standard, with four wheelchair accessible units on the ground floor.

Reformation

Reformation began by selling vintage clothing out of a small Los Angeles storefront in 2009. They quickly expanded into making their own stuff, with a focus on sustainability.

Scarman House UoW

Scarman is a leading conference and accommodation facility at the University of Warwick. WDA were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of the existing rooms within Scarman House.

110 - 116 Cheshire St London

A really interesting conversion of a historic building in the heart of London to 2 retail/commercial and 16 residential units.

A minimum of EPC C was required for the residential units and EPC B for the commercial elements

Hyatt Hotel Southall

WDA were appointed to undertake the MEP design for the re modelling of this existing hotel in Southall to sub divide the large existing rooms to introduce 100 new rooms in addition to ground and first floor amenity space re modelling
